Frankie's Story
Frankie's is a family business named for our father and grandfather Frank Inzitari. In the early 1950s, Francesco had the opportunity of a lifetime to move to Australia. Aged 20 years, Frank left his hometown of Arena, Italy in search of the 'Australian dream'.

Sharing a love of food and good southern Italian hospitality, the Inzitari family and the extended family serviced the Lithgow community with their local fruit shop for many years. In the 1980s, Frank, his wife Mary and children ventured into a new business, acquiring the historic Grand Central Hotel, paving the way for his family's future in hospitality.
Here we are today, following a dream he would be proud of.
