Welcome to Inz Group Pty Ltd, operating as Zig Zag Motel, Frankie's Restaurant, and Heritage Inn Bathurst ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

We adhere to relevant data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA. Personal information is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy.

We use your personal information for the purpose it was collected, including processing bookings, sending updates, and providing offers with your consent. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
 

4. Consent:

By using our services, you consent to collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. To withdraw consent or modify your preferences regarding using your personal information, please get in touch with us.
 

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Full payment will be charged to your credit card one day before arrival (or one week before during peak events). Upon arrival, please present your ID and the physical credit card used for booking.

Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid a charge equivalent to one night's room rate.

 

6. Disclosure of Information:

We may share your personal information with third parties only in the circumstances necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
 

7. BYO and Cake-age:

No outside drinks are allowed in the restaurant.

No outside food is allowed in the restaurant, except a cake brought in for special occasions. This must be organized with reception staff ahead of time and may be stored in the kitchen fridge if space is available. All outside cakes are subject to a per-person cake-age fee, which cannot be split amongst guests.
 

8. Security:

We utilize encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect online transactions; however, no method of transmission over the Internet is entirely secure.
 

9. Code of Conduct:

We strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment for our guests and employees. The following code of conduct outlines the expectations for behaviour within our establishments:

  • Treat others with respect and courtesy.

  • Refrain from engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination.

  • Adhere to posted rules and guidelines.

  • Report any concerns or issues promptly to our staff.
     

10. Box Catering and Take-Away Orders:

  • Specify any delivery fees or minimum order amounts clearly.

  • Clarify any terms regarding refunds or cancellations.
     

11. Wedding Accommodation Discount Terms and Conditions:

Ensure all conditions for availing of the discount are clearly outlined. Specify the consequences of not adhering to the terms, such as forfeiture of the discount.

 

12. EV Charging Station Terms of Use
Our EV chargers are exclusively available for use by registered guests of Heritage Inn and Zig Zag Motel. A fee of $20 applies for overnight charging and $10 for short-term use (up to a few hours). Payment is required via the QR code provided at the charging station, operating on an honour system. By using the charging stations, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or restrictions on future use. Please note that the management is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred while using the charging facilities.

 

13. Terms & Conditions for Upgrades

  • Breakfast and Lunch Orders: Prices for breakfast and lunch packs are charged per person per night. All orders must be submitted to Reception by 7 PM for delivery the night before. Availability is subject to restaurant operations, and meals are not available on certain days, including Sunday nights or the morning after a public holiday.

  • Early Check-Ins: Early check-in fees are charged per room at $30 per hour. Early check-in availability is based on room readiness, and confirmation is required prior to arrival.

  • General Terms: All upgrade requests are subject to availability at the time of booking. Refunds will be provided if we are unable to fulfil your request. By purchasing, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
